SOLUTIONS WE PROVIDE

Procurement and supply of actuated valves as per customer requirements. Complete range of retrofitting services. We design and fabricate adaptors and interfaces in house along with pre-commissioning of actuators and functional tests. Functional testing and adjustment of all automated packages, with support documentation showing the performance of each assembly. Valves pressure testing from ½” to 20” with bench test and above with flanges for any size and pressure class according to API 598 and API 6D. Our Automation Process follow ISO and API guidelines and procedures. Selection of suitable accessories and accurate sizing of actuators results in enhanced product performance. CAD automation drawings upon request. Our after sales service ensures that all aspects of support for maintenance repair and testing is achieved. Complete repair, maintenance and overhaul of valves up to Size 24”, Class 600 and actuators in the Valve Automation Center. We can also provide 3rd party inspection upon request.
